Marlin Spring Foundation is committed to three distinct areas: Education, Mental Health and Youth. We support programs designed to eliminate the stigma around mental health in Canada and fund youth education platforms to create lasting change.
Together with our partners, WE Charity, we have launched a mental health and well-being education for every Grade 6 student in public schools across Canada. Our Well-being program with WE offers a proactive approach to wellness that is built on evidence-based prevention as the number one metric.
Our curriculum is designed to build a foundation of awareness, understanding and tools for taking action.
Developed in collaboration with leading mental health professionals, our goal is to achieve transformative outcomes for youth ages 10-12 as well as promote resiliency and self-care. We see preventative measures as the best way to assist in the reduction of crisis situations.
Mindful Monday Podcasts are part of a WE initiative that provides resources and programs designed to engage students, connect them to community and promote well-being. The podcasts are hosted by renowned speakers, inspiring guests, teachers, celebrities and experts and each episode explores a different relevant theme. We sponsor a number of the Mindful Monday Podcasts as part of this program.
With our goal to achieve transformative outcomes for youth ages 8-9 as well as promote resiliency and self-care, we have developed a program that builds awareness, understanding and provides tools for taking action.
In conjunction with our partners WE Charity, and developed in collaboration with leading mental health professionals, we have designed a program centred on evidence-based prevention for every Grade 4-5 student in public schools across Canada. The program focuses on Mental Health and Well-Being Education, offering a proactive approach to wellness. This furthers our belief that preventative measures are the best way to assist in the reduction of crisis situations.
