Jaime McKenna
As Managing Director and Group Head, Real Estate at Fengate, Jaime leads and is responsible for the firm’s real estate business and is a member of the Fengate Executive team. Prior to joining Fengate, Jaime was Chief Investment Officer of Minto Apartment REIT.
Philip Reichmann
Beginning his career at Olympia & York Developments Limited in 1978, Philip Reichmann was involved in the development of World Financial Centre in New York and Canary Wharf in London. He is Founding Partner of ReichmannHauer Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian private equity firm.
Ken Rotman
Ken is President of Roy-L Capital Corporation, a private investment company active in the real estate industry and Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Clairvest Group Inc. (TSX: CVG), a leading middle market private equity firm based in Toronto. Ken will not advise on any matters relating to Marlin Spring’s seniors’ home/long-term care home investments due to a conflict of interest.

Lawrence Zucker
